Legal Structure

Steinbrüchel Hüssy is organized as a simple partnership in accordance with Art. 530 ss. of the Swiss Code of Obligations with the purpose of providing the logistics and infrastructure for the operation of a law firm. The legal services rendered to clients are provided in the name and for the account of the attorney engaged by the client or in the case of Alexia Rambosson on behalf of her wholly owned A. Rambosson Ltd. and in case of Gian Andri Töndury for his Töndury Ltd. Other lawyers of Steinbrüchel Hüssy may be involved by the responsible partner in charge on a case by case basis.
